My Exercise

Hi 

Today I did some exercise with my cousins.

We did some lifting and cardio. For lifting I did 10 kg bench press 15 reps 3 sets. For cardio we went for a 2 km run and running up a steep hill. We did some push ups and sit ups. Bye
