My Exercise

Hi 

Today I did some exercise with my cousins.

We did some lifting and cardio. For lifting I did 10 kg bench press 15 reps 3 sets. For cardio we went for a 2 km run and running up a steep hill. We did some push ups and sit ups. Bye

Home Learning

 Today for exercise went to run around my house (Outside) and did 20 Star jumps.

For learning I read a book and did some math questions from the books we got last lock down.

This Lock down was so shocking because I wasn't paying attention to the Covid-19 results.
